Passion 4 is the most successful band in the Carnival Calabar, winning six editions and being the first runner-up in two editions during the eight years of the competition's existence. It has been recognised as Africa's top band by all judges, showcasing continuous growth in creativity, organisation, and style at Africa's largest street party.

The former leader and founder, Mr. Chris Agibe, now serves as the Executive Secretary of the Cross River State Carnival Commission. His role is to oversee the entire carnival and extend Passion 4's creativity to all other bands. The new leader of the band is Barr. Attah Ochinike, who also serves as the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice of Cross River State.

Passion 4, also known as the green band, is unique as it provides a fair and enjoyable experience for both children and adults. It is the ideal platform for sponsors to partner with, offering unparalleled visibility and benefits.
